Excellent customer service and very user friendly booking system

Very positive, would highly recommend Pembee.

PROS

We have been very impressed with how easy Pembee is to use compared to our previous booking system (which came from a much larger / longer established booking company) and the customer service is excellent. They are always quick to respond with help and advice, and if we need the functionality 'tweaked' they listen to us and explain if they can do it (and provide a timeframe for delivery) or explain why they cant do it at the moment - or they suggest an alternative work around.

CONS

It would be good if there was an 'app' on the smart phones that we can ask staff to log into. But we have a workaround

Reasons for switching to Pembee

They were v v expensive, the price was increased substantially every year and the functionality didnt fit with our business model and they were not interested in helping us. We got the impression that we were to small a company for them to bother with, as they had grown they were aiming for bigger companies with higher spend. And their customer service deteriorated as they got bigger.

Great Booking system, easy for both customers and staff to use.

Our previous booking system was going offline and we needed a replacement, Pembee worked with us to ensure their system could offer everything we needed to continue the smooth running of our business. Pembee customer support is second to none. Setting up the system was straightforward and there was always someone on hand to help with any queries we had.

PROS

Pembee have offered us excellent support from day one, we couldn't be happier with them.The online booking is easy for our customers to use, and it links in well with our existing website. Features like payment links & online registers make it easy for us to keep up with bookings and payments, cutting down on time needed for admin.

CONS

We don't have any cons, the changeover to Pembee was simple and our customers are happy using the system.

We chose Pembee because their pricing structure was very competitive, and the service & support offered were far better than other systems. Pembee worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed in a booking system.

I really would recommend Pembee. It has been so much easier to book new customers and manage current customers. It have been a time saver.

PROS

For the past 3 years I have been manually keeping track of customer payments & registers. I had been looking around for a more affordable app that is easy to set up without having to manually import all of my current customers details. With Pembee I just sent the link and my customers did all of the registration. It generated a register and saved me a lot of admin time. I also like that you can add a password so that you had control over who could book and could disable the bookings and set limits.

CONS

A quicker way to move customers to other bookings if they had booked the wrong one!

So easy to use! Customer service is amazing!

Such an amazing piece of software after trialling a few, pembee is very easy to use and has solved a problem that we encountered!

PROS

I have easily built this function and then came across an issue, contacted customer service, I got a response in minutes! The software is amazing! Saving attendee details and the add to cart function is fab!

CONS

We would like more image options, a calendar option, but we have been informed that they are already on their way! A live chat option would be really helpful too!

Pembee Great Product - Glad we found it

Our customers really like it, and its been a successful launch for us. The company have been very responsive to our emails, calls and helping us quickly resolve any issues, as well as updating the software to accommodate changes required. Our admin staff are finding Pembee very easy to use and picked up the system quickly with minimal training.

PROS

We are a large Tennis Club and Child Activity provider based in Surrey, UK. After extensive research into various booking systems we kept finding missing functionality that we needed. We provide Clubs, Classes and Camps along with a large Tennis Club. The Pembee solution has been so easy, not only to set-up and implement but the Pembee customer service has just been outstanding with quick response, helpful advice and adaptations to help us launch smoothly as possible to a large audience of existing and new customers. Its a huge improvement for our customers and has made our life much easier in the office to manage. We would highly recommend Pembee to anyone looking for a booking system that has a great interface, easy setup and great service.

CONS

Some features are missing but we have simple work arounds in place to manage this until possible future version can resolve. Pembee have been very open with looking at solutions with us.

The existing system we had was hugely expensive, the system had a lot of bugs and they were unable to support us towards the end with glitches and fixes . The last straw was when we were unable to take any payments from customers online.

Effective booking app for my small business.

Using Pembee for my event bookings and registration has cut down my admin time immeasurably. I had got to a point where I felt swamped by the volume of paperwork created by my small but busy business and Pembee has saved the day!

PROS

I was an "early adopter" for Pembee so got the advanced package at a good rate. I find it very easy to use and have had very few issues with it. My client base seem to find it very accessible. I like being able to keep track of sales, print out registers (having paper ones is still useful)and clone activities. Being able to configure the activity registers is really useful so I can protect identity for gdpr purposes and yet also have forms with contact details for every session. Ed from Pembee is brilliant at responding to any queries promptly and at adding features that I request.

CONS

I am unable to email users from my android phone, I would be very happy if that could be resolved because I work in the woods and don't always have access to my laptop.

It was the early adopter discount that sealed the deal as I felt I was getting more for my money.

Game changer - highly recommend

Amazing. Not only a great and easy to use platform but brilliant customer service.

PROS

Easy to use, very self explanatory, if you are unsure on anything then a quick email and Pembee will get back to you within a matter of hours. Very easy to set up events, clone, disable, activate, make changes. All parents that use our system set up an account and include all children's information making it very easy and quick to book on future events and see any bookings they have made. This also eradicates the possibility of double booking. Reportings and registers are very easy to navigate and download straight to PDF. Pembee has been a game changer for me. From using a previous booking system, my workload has been cut in half - more than half! Cannot recommend enough.

CONS

The only con of Pembee is the option to only have one bank account on the system. I am unsure if this is Pembee or Stripe but if two bank accounts could be added and allocated to particular events then it would be perfect for us as a business.

Reasons for switching to Pembee

The business switched to Pembee from another event booking site to ease the workload and make it easier for parents that use the platform and see any bookings that have made.

Happy use of Pembee

I love it overall.

Almost flawless and the team made changes. Now flawless

Just absolutely fantastic. I am super impressed with their system and also their customer support.

highly intuitive for parents to use to book their children onto our kids camps. Features were exactly what we needed.

CONS

There were a couple of minor features we needed to be compliant with Ofsted. The Pembee team took our needs on board and provided increased functionality in a matter of days.

Easy to use, flexible and everything we needed

I am blown away by the level of support and service from Pembee, the team have helped me set up the app and tweak it to get it working exactly as I want it. I can’t fault any step of the process

PROS

It’s extremely easy to set up and customise to your needs. We run a holiday club and have used other software which was very rigid, with Pembee you can easily add fields to signup forms, add discount codes, email all attendees… and much more! It also looks great and is brilliant for our customers to use

I struggled a bit with moving from the free trial to paid version, but it was sorted really quickly

Amazing app for my business
