"You will get what you pay for. If you need a simple inexpensive software to jump on a computer from time to time, then it will work. If you want longevity and be able to act like you are right at your desk, then there is way better options that are not much more money."

"Many other products worked ok when connecting to computers on the same LAN, but only RemotePC provides a reliable connection when I am out of state and connecting to my computers at home."
