  • Pros

  • Very easy to use, great report functionality, camera is amazing with updates.
  • It was able to capture key words and highlight it to the admin for further investigation. This saves a lot of time and can reveal a few surprises that wouldn't have been found out.
  • Cons

  • To create reports, the interface has to be learned, and lack intuitivity.
  • Requiring more than 10 licenses for the silent installer was hard as we only needed a few licenses.

  • Integrations and API - An excellent Salesforce bridge is available and can be fully customised (if you know Java!).
  • I think it is pretty easy to use. I like that includes most information about the projects that I manage.
  • Cons

  • The inability to adjust the invoice to suit our needs, it a very standard set up.
  • A lot of complexities that get lost or are irrelevant to what we use it for. Other teams using the software have issues with reporting.
