There are plenty of options for customization. Integration with Xero accounting system is a big positive for us.

A few features are still missing though. The headache for updating invoices at 2 places has gone.

Bit time consuming to set up and tweak. Unforgiving for mistakes, have to essentially clone and redo any orders once they're past a certain point if you didn't catch something.

EZ Rent Out is an effective way for us to track and bill our rental assets to our customers.

I am just getting to use it, but so far when I have wanted changes made and have brought them up to my manager, she has been able to get it done through help from customer support.

Many many features that can highly be adapted to pretty much any company's requirement. Possibility to automate many processes such as invoicing, rental contracts etc.

I ended up leaving them, not because of functionality problems, but because the developers never did anything about those problems/suggestions.

Some of our invoices we send out end up in customers spam folders. You can't really customize the invoices very much or editing them when something has been rented out.

I know some of my team mates tend to make mistakes because when they process an order, once the draft is created they think it is complete.

The system can occasionally run slower and lag.

Insphire has served us well for over 10 years, needs a bit of modernising now but otherwise great software.

The stock management aspect of the software is brilliant. We've got full visibility of everything now.

Therefore, I use the software on a daily basis to keep everything organized. It is easy to move around and find what you need within the software.

I dislike office based work, so my only con would be it is computer based which I suppose software of this nature has to be.

The reports and information we get back is invaluable and helps with decision making on what equipment we need to invest in in the future.
