The only downside is the reporting is a bit limited. I use Quickbooks desktop and I need to pull a lot of info manually to enter into quickbooks, because the reports can't export it all.

They are very knowledgable and after we made the switch to TAPGoods PRO, they did a great job training our staff on the new software. The software is very customizable to your business/industry.

They take all of my suggestions into consideration and I have seen almost all of my requests implemented. They really care about creating the best working product for their client.

TapGoods interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for our customers to sign documents and approve quotes in no time.

The automatic emails are fantastic. When needed, the support team is very responsive as well.

It's not as much of a burden if the implementation is spread out over a few months.

I think the worst part of the transition has been the pandemic and coordinating two teams.

A very minor issue but no spellcheck in the email section.

The Tasks tab generates a whole series of actions to be taken for the management of your assets such as payment reminders, rent indexations, and contract terminations. Via the Patrimony tab, you can keep an overview of your property sorted by unit or contract. The unit sub-section is divided here into two categories: buildings composed of several units and single rental units. Each occupied property is associated with a rental contract. In the Contracts sub-section, you can find all your contracts (current or past), their payment status, and the history of your properties.

You can also distribute the charges between your different tenants according to their actual consumption or a distribution key.

The Management tab offers you a view of all the financial entries and exits of your portfolio and the ability to export this data at any time for reporting purposes in Excel, CSV, or PDF files. 

In the Address book tab, you can find all the data of your tenants, owners, guarantors, or providers, as well as their documents, in one place.
