I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.

It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

I like the part where the Mia system makes sure you are not over sending messages and campaings. Making sure our customers have a chance to review our services is a nice feature.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.

It’s a great way to increase your reviews on google or different social media platforms. It is super easy to setup and anyone can use it.

Although there are others trustpilot has won the land grab. The ease to send in bulk is great, the admin and analytics are also good.

It seems very limited in terms of what you can do when you try it out. It's also like you're forced to pay for it because people only go out of their way to leave bad reviews.
