Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The reporting is fantastic and I am still wrapping my head around the various reports available. After a training session, most of the features and usability are very straight forward.
  • This software is very straight forward and easy to use. It is simple and quick to train new staff and fill-ins.
  • Cons

  • We have troubleshooted our internet and router settings and they appear to not be an issue. So, I would say lost tickets and ticket printer functionality.
  • But this isn't so much a challenge with Arryved, as it is with PoS's in general.

  • They are quick to take control and show you while guiding you over the phone through the steps of how to accomplish what it is that you would like to do.
  • Somewhat easy to use but their team really are quick to help and explain everything so I didn’t feel abandoned at all.
  • Cons

  • Steep learning curve at the register. This is the least customizable part and the number of options can be confusing.
  • Any attempt to change it will give you an error. This is annoying and leaves you open to risk that your new rule will miss logic you built into your old rule.
