The reporting is fantastic and I am still wrapping my head around the various reports available. After a training session, most of the features and usability are very straight forward.

Arryved was a significant improved from our previous POS system and the flexibility to operate the wireless tablets around the facility and off-site is wonderful.

This software is very straight forward and easy to use. It is simple and quick to train new staff and fill-ins.

The software is easy to use, has all the functionality I need and the best damn customer service I have ever encountered pretty much anywhere.

We have troubleshooted our internet and router settings and they appear to not be an issue. So, I would say lost tickets and ticket printer functionality.

Our experience since day one has been wonderful, and I highly recommend the product.

Arryved is easy to deploy, requires a low upfront cost, is easily scalable, and far less cumbersome than most of its competitors.

I love how Arryved has continued to grow and innovate. Each feature is staff friendly but oriented to help the customer have a better and easier experience (OpenTab is a great feature!).

Arryved is extremely intuitive for both administrators and users. Training new bartenders is extremely easy, and everything works how they expect it to.

But this isn't so much a challenge with Arryved, as it is with PoS's in general.

It is pretty user friendly once you know what your doing. And inventory and reporting is great to use and amazing customer service.

With our previous provider, I would have to write Python scripts through their API to generate many of our daily reports. We also love the innovation within the Arryved team.

The biggest con was losing our ability to bring our own merchant card processor.

My bartenders who each have a decade or more of industry experience all love it and all agree it's the best they have ever used.

Arryved makes my life easier in may ways, the ease of use and ability to update is one of my favorite things.

This is easy to use, easy to implement and has very thorough training. My staff likes using it and it's very easy for all levels to use.

They also have worked tirelessly with us to determine how we can best use their product and integrate future items.

However, the value derived from this additional cost makes up for most of this downside. The only other downside would be the complexity of operating a multi-site business inside a PoS.

I absolutely love working with Arryved. They continually improve the product and the features offered, and their service is absolutely second to none - it is the best in the industry.

Newer features are a bit harder to pick up and keeping our inventory and buttons organized can be a bit confusing on how to re-organzie.

The overall ease of creating new product is amazing. The clone feature is extremely valuable in it's ability to help launch a massive new line of product with ease by modeling a previous launch.

I've used 3 other POS systems and this is BY FAR the best customer service, implementation, cost, ease of use, etc. and I wouldn't change it for anything.

When it came time to set up my online store, AmberPOS was once again a huge help. The integration with my physical inventory and my online inventory was synced without much hang-up.

We knew there had to be a better system, but as small business owners, cost was a significant factor.

Too clunky and customer service is terrible unless you pay.

Steep learning curve at the register. This is the least customizable part and the number of options can be confusing.

Somewhat easy to use but their team really are quick to help and explain everything so I didn’t feel abandoned at all.

Scalability and user friendly features allow this to remain small but give the ability to increase as the business grows.

Easy to use, adjust inventory, The support staff is just wonderful. I have never waiting more than 45 minutes for a call back.

The Barcode designer is great to work with, product labels look professional and are fully customizable with your own logo, etc.

Overall great value and features are mostly what you need to get you off the ground and even growing.

Any attempt to change it will give you an error. This is annoying and leaves you open to risk that your new rule will miss logic you built into your old rule.

The support subscription is expensive and the cancellation fee is disappointing.

After extensive research into a variety of different options we decided that Pacific Amber Technologies provided a better product than others that cost twice the price.

It is easy to use and intuitive. Support is great (front end sales, telephone IT support, online manual is pretty good).

We looked at three other systems and this was the best one for the money.

It is an affordable system that I highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

The problems have always been fixed (some require patience which in today's world- no one wants to wait).

It's very limited, and you have no control. They lock down all admin tools and require you to call them for changes.
