M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

I most like the convenience of the booker program. It is fairly user friendly too.

This  software  is  very easy  to  navigate. The software was very affordable at the time for my business.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

Its limited features, which i think they r still developing. Many other pos functinalities are missing.

The way it is designed , it's very easy and convenient to use. Please also add some more features like - Searching (drop down menu etc) of customers while billing.

Sales during the day are much more sleek, we don't usually run into any snags and its pretty good with our variable internet connection.

The additional apps, such as inventory management, are very useful. Customer support is also always available, prompt, and helpful.

The ease of use is the best thing in this POS. A layman can use it without any instructions.

The trailperiod was good and when we tested it worked fine. Real life it costed us a nights work.

The additional charges should be a drop down. The list does not open completely.

One can customized  the Taxes,  menu items , billing , discounts etc. In case you get stuck, swift customer support comes to rescue.

Easy to use very simple design layout I just love it very happy with it.

It's not the software as it is more like equipment problem with printer connections. I'm struggling with my ipad / iphone.

Customization is very limited. It needs more customization options.

The UI for selecting date is terribly unusable.

Customers like it specially in case of home-delivery customers and it helps us a lot too as most of the time we don't need a hard copy of the restaurant.

Feature of sending the bill over the phone by SMS is great.
