Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They have a live tech department that can answer questions on the spot, by far their best feature. The price is reasonable. Accounting features didn't work for us, but should for most.

  • Multichannel!!!! BP's full Multichannel support is amazing, and it makes using eBay and Amazon super easy

  • Cons

  • Not cheap. but good value to money compared to other solutions. Can be tricky to set up but the team provide full support.

  • The warehousing side is still a little under developed but this is being worked on No real sell through reporting or reports to help you forecast.

  • Pros

  • I like that it’s a one stop shop for me, I find the restaurant on yelp and make reservations without having to call. It’s also nice to see current wait times, very convenient,

  • As a user Yelp is good and helpful, even though we have some reviews which are not reliable.

  • Cons

  • Can be a little clunky on mobile but otherwise, there isn't a whole lot to dislike about the software.

  • I hate how Yelp always makes you download the app. It basically forces you to do so, instead of using the website on the your phone. Otherwise, it is great!
