Pros
- The software is reasonably priced, user friendly and has very responsive customer service.
- I absolutely made the BEST decision when I chose SBS Solutions for my consignment software...that is the 100% truth. It's easy to navigate and the reports are what really helps me.
Cons
- Biggest problem: difficult to locate sold items in multiples (because it internally assigns a new number for multi-item transactions, making it difficult for consignors to know what item sold).
- The current set-up requires that I read each commonly asked question until i find the one that closely matches my problem, I find that extremely inconvenient.
Pros
- Easy to use and could expand it way beyond what I use it for. Not flashy or heavy so it functions nicely on older computers.
- We have been using Retail Plus for the last 10+ years starting with version 2.5. The best features for us are the inventory and ordering systems and of course we can not forget about the sales screen.
Cons
- My only complaint is about returns. The system defaults to backing out the cost of goods on any return regardless of whether it is returned to inventory.
- I've had sales come out of the wrong place in the inventory; sold X, inventory says I sold Y. I have contacted you about both problems in the past and received no help.
