Mybillbook is one the best ever software that I have used.

Dleation of bulk entries of the product is missing.

There is a lack of master password for deleting entry from the bill entry.

Along with this the support team is also very good. I spoke with Usha while taking the renewal and she was great in getting me good discount.

The serial no of invoices should be seperate for payments in and payment out.

Best free software of its kind. Whenever I am stumped, the customer care is so active in helping.

What I most like about the Billbook is the easy creation of invoice and download of reports.

Hanging issue make me stuck in between, when i need to tell the party there balance and softwares stuckes many of the times. Make me feel embarrassed.

Customer service was difficult to contact a few months after Covid in 2020. And our card swiper broke 4 times in 2 years and was difficult to get another one quickly.

This was a really good option for the money. They give me the ability to track sales and inventory across all of my stores with ease of access.

The whole Lavu system is frustrating and not user friendly.

Easy to use, easy to set up and it is self-explanatory. You can go into the backside of the program and checks your sales for the day, how many customers you yourself have waited on.

The missed up of this POS are the total of revenue doesn't matching, has to be manual counted after cashier closing.

Overall, we have great support. All specialists are knowledgeable and helpful to resolve any issues, questions or concerns that come up.

The best part about it is flexibility and the pizza builder that is integrated into the system.

Good for new tiny restaurant who does not need so much integration and etc. You can get regular hardware.

Maybe I should start with the fact that they billed me today for Quickbooks integration that I DON'T EVEN HAVE. Let's start with the outright misrepresentation of their product.

Years ago there were some pretty bad issues with the service going offline and we were totally down.

The biggest problem is that there is little to no integration between Menu Drive (which they purchased from a third party) and the LAVU POS.

I have had an overall very good experience with Lavu at my previous hostessing job.

New employees can figure things out quite easily. Integrates smoothly with Vantiv (Mercury) including their gift program.

Obviously if we are running specials we don't have pictures of those items, but for those who are more visual this is very helpful. Also helps train new staff on what each plate looks like.

They send you system-wide emails apologizing saying their system was hacked and therefore the interruption i.

Recently, the restaurant reported to me that they had a glitch and lost printers. Tech support finally helped and got the printers up but somehow lost half the menu.

Technical support has been great too. I love the backend real time reports and how easy it was to set up and change menu items.
