During initial stage, in Hike we can use group calls for our friends and etc. It was the good options which has provided in Hike even in the initial stage also.

I have lost a year of accounting reports, customer history etc. Every problem I have ends in a call or email to support, then passed to tec support then problem maybe sorted with in a few weeks.

Easy to work with , well coordinated views, easy menus, well priced , Quick & excellent customer support , user friendly.

The integration options for 3 ecommerce platforms is great. Not tested them yet, but QBO integration working well.

I feel they need to test run the program with retail companies for a year and iron out all the problems. Its created from a developers perspective not a end users.

The support team to help us get set up. We are learning as fast as we can from them.

Has set me back over 300 hours. Thank god we did it during slow season while we have a chance to recover.

The interface is good, the idea is great, it has everything a startup needs to make a sale, see its inventory and follow up on sales.

It works seamlessly with Woo Commerce, which has been nice too. The reporting tools are helpful and full of variety, and we are enjoying the custom report feature as well.

It even has the ability to create products that are assembled from other products, which we plan on using for bundled deals - and is totally suitable for restaurant or retail.

The best part about Hike, initially, was that I could transfer my products from Vend to Hike and then to Woocommerce.

The support staff has been super friendly, responsive and helpful. Rather than giving us flippant answers with links to FAQs, they have actually provided constructive and personalized responses.

At the moment with all features added and with a quality of customer service I am a very happy customer.

Hike should only print the higher price on receipt. Else we face an angry customer... (MYOB allows this).

We came from Vend, this is just amazing. Auto updates status, stock, perfect integration and super quick to update both sides.

Simple and easy to use - trust me as I am not computer literate. Integration with 3rd party software (QBO, BigCommerce).

The product is actually easy to use when it works.

Accommodates unlimited users and also can be integrated to eCommerce Platform. Interesting to see a friendly interface dashboard.

Also, It works seamlessly with my woo commerce panel so that offline and online customers are comes under one report system makes analyzing of sales easier.

I have been with Hike for 2 years now and they implemented pretty much every feature that I suggested.

The Sell screen has the ability to show how many products are on hand for products, and is not laggy like other browser systems have been for us, which is helping keep our inventory accurate.

Products would go missing all the time, I would then attempt to re-enter the product only to have the system state that 'it already exists.

Ease of use - multilingual to support my staff, very intuitive, excellent support at 5 am in the morning - real 24/7. Highly recommend this software.

Looks good, and is easy to use once set up. The support team are easy to get onto, but aren.

Installation was great the team helped with introduction training and support. On occasion the numbers get jumbled and out of order.

I find Vivonet user's friendly and with very good customers care services. I can usually do all the  information and reports pretty easily.

The load times for the reports can be frustrating, no report available for separate meal times.

I think its the ease to use and the forever updating and improving of your product.

Just keep up the great work and super response time.

A few years ago we had a lot of problems. This was both Vivonet and our school.

I absolutely love this system. It's ease of use and the prepopulation of most of the products we use in the database.

If the tech had contacted me when the problem started I would have been able to got the issue straightened out. I was livid about the lack of contact or concern with letting me know.

There are no managers, no people in charge to help navigate this and we are slowly being buried by this.

We love the system, easy usage, great for training staff on register. Have recommended to others for their businesses.

It's easy to get assistance and most issues are solved and handled quickly. The wait time is very reasonable , and the help line tech's are courteous and knowledgeable.

Started my own place with Halo. Set up, customer service, training has all been amazing.

Customer support has been available when needed. The computer access to additional information is very helpful and the support is available for the minimal training necessary.

We are also really upsetting customers and losing sales since we can not redeem or load any gift cards because of settings that the card company needs them to deal with.

Double entries of the same item, excess plus and items due to too many users, or bad habits.

Not only that every month I receive an invoice for 85 dollars but i was charged 90 some amount. Over all I am very unhappy and have nothing good to say about or to the staff of vivonet.

I think that over all, it does everything you could ask of it. It feels a little simple, and doesn't run like a modern and elevated system, but it gets the job done in an easy enough manner.
