I have been with Hike for 2 years now and they implemented pretty much every feature that I suggested.

The Sell screen has the ability to show how many products are on hand for products, and is not laggy like other browser systems have been for us, which is helping keep our inventory accurate.

Products would go missing all the time, I would then attempt to re-enter the product only to have the system state that 'it already exists.

Too clunky and customer service is terrible unless you pay.

Steep learning curve at the register. This is the least customizable part and the number of options can be confusing.
