We really enjoy the usability of the site and how it can can encompass every stage of the process. As a POS system for the cannabis industry, it really allows a lot of capabilities.

The functionality is wonderful. Getting help when you need it is almost impossible.

Client dashboard could be more visually engaging. But I haven't upgraded tier yet, so there could be cons down the line, but I highly doubt that.

Trying to get ahold of customer service s always difficult.

Adding items to the cart from a dispatching standpoint was easy.

I love how tailored this software is for my business. It’s specific to my dispensary and helps me stay up to date with compliance.

Customer service line often does not get answered. In patient history a discount is not shown and we are forced to do calculation.

Clean simple interface this is usually user friendly. Great to be able to see patient history and notes.

A few shortcuts, (i.e. email contacts protected) and fan based email. Otherwise a very structured and informative value for the money.

I am no doctor but I know a few, and it does my heart good to know there's good indicaonline to help with these ailments.

Hope you don't have issues because they won't fix them.

Great design, innovative software, great client services, very informative and useful when dealing with patients, blacklist option (have not needed to use it, just like the option of being there).

Soft ware was great and repn was great ,I truly wanted to switch from my existing pos but the customer service atleast for me was terrible.

The value of the software was important to us and price matching for the label maker was greatly appreciated.

The glitches when switching screens is extremely annoying when it jumps back every time and is something that should be fixed immediately.

This company is way behind other companies. Recommendation: don't waste your time with Indica Online unless you want headaches and broken websites.

They show a bunch of features on the demo but a lot of them don't work and they will not attempt to fix them. You will be unable to text your customers through the POS with out carriers blocking it.

Leaving it unresolved for extended periods of time until they get around to correcting the glitch. Makes it very frustrating for the business owner and hard to run the business.

I like your system very much. You really need better tech support.

Note: Indica Online drops items. I have sent over frequent screenshots of outright errors and they do nothing.

Easy to use and if you need any type of technical support they are easy to get on the phone.

Easy to use especially the automatic part of the software is really powerful.

We use their service since the inception of our company. Reactivity and excellent services are technologically advanced.

Overall sellsy works well and is a stable platform. Nice UI and we never experienced any downtime with the product.

Even worse is there is no way to turn this off. What business owner or manager wants his or her employees pushing sellsy as a product to their customers when they should be doing their job.

I have to mention the customer relations team first as they have been incredibly helpful and response. Overall a fantastically made software that is designed well and delivers solid results.

This creates a confusing visual mess of your list data because any contact edited or created within sellsy automatically puts the surname in full capitals. The same issue exists on mobile app.

I like it a lot for my company : easy, powerful and really useful, it's must have.

Infact I personally consider their use of the word synchronisation in google to be misleading. They should just call it basic integration because in reality it is nothing more than that.

If you need deep integration with office 365 or Gapps for business then you can read their reply to this review that states it is not our focus. Then why promote it on their site?).

Then, the price of the solution itself has increased progressively. Increasing this 2016 is really not over.

The community manager at Sellsy has done its work, and the beginning of August, he removed the dozens of bad customer reviews on the Facebook page.

And to add insult to injury the update blog in english is update often months after the update is posted in French on their French website.

It's got great stats and analytics. It helps our sales and marketing team significantly.

This also kills the margins calculator on invoices. Their work around is we should manually type the price of each item in relevant currency in purchase orders to make it work.
