Installation was great the team helped with introduction training and support. On occasion the numbers get jumbled and out of order.

I find Vivonet user's friendly and with very good customers care services. I can usually do all the  information and reports pretty easily.

The load times for the reports can be frustrating, no report available for separate meal times.

I think its the ease to use and the forever updating and improving of your product.

Just keep up the great work and super response time.

A few years ago we had a lot of problems. This was both Vivonet and our school.

I absolutely love this system. It's ease of use and the prepopulation of most of the products we use in the database.

If the tech had contacted me when the problem started I would have been able to got the issue straightened out. I was livid about the lack of contact or concern with letting me know.

There are no managers, no people in charge to help navigate this and we are slowly being buried by this.

We love the system, easy usage, great for training staff on register. Have recommended to others for their businesses.

It's easy to get assistance and most issues are solved and handled quickly. The wait time is very reasonable , and the help line tech's are courteous and knowledgeable.

Started my own place with Halo. Set up, customer service, training has all been amazing.

Customer support has been available when needed. The computer access to additional information is very helpful and the support is available for the minimal training necessary.

We are also really upsetting customers and losing sales since we can not redeem or load any gift cards because of settings that the card company needs them to deal with.

Double entries of the same item, excess plus and items due to too many users, or bad habits.

Not only that every month I receive an invoice for 85 dollars but i was charged 90 some amount. Over all I am very unhappy and have nothing good to say about or to the staff of vivonet.

I think that over all, it does everything you could ask of it. It feels a little simple, and doesn't run like a modern and elevated system, but it gets the job done in an easy enough manner.

Another login, doesn't give enough reasons to reject an invoice - I would like to be able to write the reason why I have rejected an invoice.

The overall experience I’m using it from 2019 , I found it very easy and good to use.

Some of the HR features are not quite the full suite we were used to previously - warnings, grievances, absence reasons, promotions, templates for right to work documents, probations, etc lacking.

It is easy, quick, efficient, and a massive time saver for our business.

Everything is really easily presented and has a great ease of use.

The only negative feedback I have is the use of app, still has quite few bugs. Sometimes clock in is not working.

How easy it is to use it , and the customer service is always there to help.

I find the document uploading and the user experience/interface difficult on mobile.

So much better than a lot of invoice processing systems, very easy to use, works very quickly and makes life a lot easier for users like myself.

The software was easy and simple to use, integration was seamless.

Its integration to our POS makes Cashing up a breeze. The Team, (Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT],)  are amazing and and help with any queries very swiftly.
