In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.

Absolutely love how secure using PayPal through websites and even at the gas station. Super user friendly and will always recommend it.

I like the ease of use, by connecting money between accounts in a reliable secure manner.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

Paypal is great as a choice to use for any business. I haven't had any issues with it and I loved it because it integrates with most platforms.

Mobile connectivity and special order handling are among the best features they are having as well as easily integrated with majority of those accounting solutions.

We are committed to Rocksolid Max but the learning curve has been extremely steep.

Look up features are very user friendly if unsure of the correct name for item you can search with minimum effort. Easy use for non tech employees.

We have felt like they are one of us when a new issue arrives. I feel we have a lot more to learn with this program due to it's size.

So we went from two steps to process a customer to 5 steps with the new Rock Solid MAX.

I was furious since the system was locked up I could not even run a customer purchase. I would not recommend this system for an advanced user.

But the initial frustration wasn’t done. A box was highlighted on the sales screen, indicating that you were ready to make a sale.

Worst Point of Sale software I have ever used.

The integration with our accounting software has been brutal. Availability of training for the software seems to be lacking.

The bill pay, and applying orders to accounts or payments is a bit of a workload- but follows the check nd balances system, making it cumbersome, but manageable.

Most incredibly awkward and time consuming POS program I have ever used.

The old Rock Solid POS two clicks of the mouse and your system was ready to take a customer. With the new Rock Solid MAX, this process involved 4 steps to get to the sales screen.

Also it has saved much time in purchasing and receiving inventory/orders do to being able to pull data from one document to the next.

This is a powerful program with features we need to adapt too.

No way to modify an order after complete, should always be able to modify then generate invoicing after 5:00. Receiving is clunky, need a simple on order vs received at this time.

Non inventory items are easier to track without adding or deleting from current inventory. We were the first to use the Repeat Rewards with Rockmaxx and it was great to work with the support team.

One of the many great features of Rocksolid Max is the path of navigation is pretty much the same in every category. So it makes the software very user friendly for not so technical savvy  personnel.

We bought this system in December 2011, and we finally got to go live in July 2012. Inventory was entered wrong by Rock Solid.

Did not keep inventory correctly and could not get technical help. Everytime we had a problem we were told that their system had never done this before.

Its nice to say that its hard to think of a negative. If there is a down side to the system i have yet to find it.

Save money, save time (which is money), save headaches. This is the easiest system to learn, no matter how old a person is.

So with any out of the box solution, there are going to be challenges. For us there are a couple that were frustrating.

Every single thing you try to do requires at least twice the number of steps to reach the desired result. And to make matters much.
