In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

Lack of 3 decimal points in the Inventory module. We purchase and sell products that needs at least 3 decimal places to keep the inventory correct.

Cut down on staff time because we enter things once, and the entries flow throughout the system instead of using a stand-alone accounting system.

Makes the rental process process easy and seamless. The accounting is fully integrated and reports are very useful.

Especially since I upgraded to Windows 10. One wrong move or just delay in use and the whole program closes.
