Initially I was very excited about SMS reminder facility and loads of other kool features which offered me greater control and visibility into my own business.

It is cloud-based, extremely powerful, and simple to use. It has several integrated sales and management reports, and the option to export data to Excel is a significant benefit.

This software also facilitates me with all my business information like clients, sales, outstanding payments, filter by pick up boy id, ability to pull out a report any time.

Before its installation, I was unable to get the report for urgent orders and this was becoming the most critical challenge for the walk in customers and in home pick and drop facility.

Offers a lot of integrations with the most useful ones being Whatsapp (real time notifications) and obviously the payment ones (used Stripe).

This allows me to collect money in advance by offering various types of combo packages and deals. This lead an instant jump of 30%-31% jump in my sales and about 25% jump in my profits.

The payment page does not work properly sometimes. The UI is very poor for the Pickup Delivery.

The reporting system of the software is very good. It helps to improve the overall control and monitoring business with good customer service.

The payment reconciliation feature does not work propertly with razorpay and paytm payment gateway. Pickup Delivery Module User Interface is very poor.

It was easy to integrate into our existing business processes. In particular, the 'Inventory Management' and 'Employee Management' features have greatly improved our efficiency and productivity.

It doesn't support Card Machines to automatically capture payments into the software.

Overall using QDC software is really good. Easy to use and can be understood by a team.

It has been a blessing using QDC, absoultely easy to use and have amazing features. I have been able to control prilfereges to an extent of 90.

Not sure about saving on costs, but it's easier to manage so that's a plus.

Good reporting system is very useful for analysis of all the business activities which help us to improve the overall control and monitoring over business as well as to provide good customer service.

Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

Lack of integration with shipping companies. Cumbersome uploads to QuickBooks.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. In fact I have recommended them to other local business owners.

The word processor can be a problem when trying to change font sizes.

I was using another online web service when I heard about Rain (Like Sew). I like what they were offering and the price was great compared to what I was paying.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I like how integrated everything is - purchasing, receiving inventory, online and in-store transactions. Adding new products through almost any of my vendors is fast and easy.

The layouts were clean and simple. The customer support was generally responsive when we needed their help.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Tech support is wonderful. They are constantly updating and improving the software.

My longtime email address was now blocked from sending. I had to purchase a business email and the integration was rather difficult.
