Since the application is cloud based, the application provides great mobility. We can take tablets directly on customer tables and punch order from there itself and the kot prints in the kitchen. The operations team is using the application on a daily basis to punch orders, check reports and manage the day to day operations. This one one of the most easy application to operate, order taking is very easy for Bar and Kitchen. The kot prints on the defined printer instantly. #### Cons In my honest experience there is nothing o dislike about the application.
