  • Pros

  • POSist has a good feature in the POS like ( CRM , Reporting , Stock) and it is very easy to understand and use. Provides good segregation in admin and user permissions which keeps our data secure.
  • The best part of the POSIST is, it is user-friendly and helps us manage the Restaurant operations. Also, customer support is very responsive and provides quick resolution.
  • This is one of the best software i have used, So for it good easy to use and has access to reports instantly.
  • Cons

  • None but pls do something about the Support Number... very difficult to connect in an emergency.
  • Pricing and their is nothing apart from this to dislike.
  • There is no doubt about the product functionality or its capability. The platform delivers on what POSist team claims.

  • The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
  • And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
  • I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.
  • Cons

  • Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
  • Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
  • You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
