Applying updates to the software isn't easy and requires us to pay our software provider each time an update is available.

The product is mature and, as a result, is extremely robust. Retail Pro is very active and responsive with their support program.

Either the local solution provider (Adasoft) didn’t implement it correctly or the software really sucks.

New more knowledge based support. When I access my portal, the limited amount of user information is disappointing.

4 heavy data base requires more management and is expensive and time consuming. If an emergency reinstall is needed it might take a while.

The poll display is a waste of money. We paid thousands of dollars for their yearly registration fee and got nothing for it.

The software is fairly intuitive. Conversion from version 8 to version 9 went smoothly without loss of data.

Also, it is comforting that their support staff have longevity in the company. I also like the intuitive features of use and easy integration with Quickbooks.

Retail Pro is a user-friendly software that fulfills all my requirements effortlessly. I encountered minimal issues, and whenever there were any, the support staff promptly resolved them.

We have found it to be a great program for small businesses with few store locations. After a couple of hours, most of our staff find the program easy to use and overall quite user friendly.

They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on how it works and what features are best to implement for your business.

The only negative I have is that in the entry process, you must go to a different screen to add a picture to a matrix.

They were friendly, courteous, humorous, and efficient. It took them about 2 days to finalize everything, which was pretty incredible.
