Decided to drop the software. Also, in Canada they charge this software in American dollars which I did not know so my bill was 25% bigger than expected.

Trying to learn all of the areas was a bit difficult at first.

I really like that the software provides us with the ability to respond and address and lower ratings directly with the patient immediately.

I also love how easy and quick it was to get started. I literally had my account up and running in less than 20 minutes.

I actually can't think of anything that I don't like about the software itself.

We were having trouble easily getting Google, FB, Yelp etc.

The pricing at $69/month is very reasonable. I also like the fact that the tool goes out and collects reviews from the actual platform allowing us to track our performance.

Initially, found the software a little difficult to navigate as a first time user.

It is difficult to determine if the reviews are are going to the selected sites. Also reviewers cannot figure out how to correct error such as accidentally entering the wrong number of stars.

I like that it is very easy to use and sends reminders to customers every couple of days. I also like that there are multiple sites they can choose from.

We definitely got quite a few five star reviews that we would have never gotten without ReputationStacker and hope to learn the program better to make it more advantageous to us.

Even though we had multiple phone calls and screen-share meeting with the representatives, we somehow misunderstood the basic features and how they were carried out.

I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.

It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

I like the part where the Mia system makes sure you are not over sending messages and campaings. Making sure our customers have a chance to review our services is a nice feature.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.
