Dashboards are the name of the game for Adoddle. The helpful gauge system can assist employees in decisions regarding cost analysis as well as relevant project information and metadata.

Not having had any training on it, every time I have had call to use it ended up using an alternative system because it fails.

Overall experience superb with Adoddle - Asite. Enjoying the work with Adoddle - Asite.

The ease of use is my favourite thing about this software. As a company we use lots of external sites for document control, and his is by far the most user friendly.

Fantastic depository for files , well structured and easy to navigate.

Buttons to submit forms or files are lost in the interface - just a drop down option to the side is not clear. Also, it is unclear that a document/form has been submitted - requiring double checking.

In comparison to other systems I have used (Aconex, Encompass, 4Projects) Asite does not come up as reliable software, due to number of errors and outages occurring. 2 critical outages only this year.

Yesterday, a few of my projects disappeared for no reason, but there were no error messages or warnings that the software was down (it also happened to my colleagues so it wasn't user error).

Streamlined documentation for several projects and also to share with contractors, external consultants as well as internal consultants.

It is much better to track documentation with Adoddle than search through hundreds of emails. Filing these is now easier and not a hassle at all.

A terrible system on the whole which is difficult to use.

Hours lost learning the system and redoing things. I dread to think how much it is costing the Environment Agency to host.

Asite is a dream when it comes to document control.

Poor customer support led to several issues going unsolved and work arounds having to be implemented internally.

Customer support is always eager to resolve my queries and the responses I get are mostly satisfactory leading to the resolution of issues.

It seems very jumbled and intimidating. I would get rid of everything and only keep the most essential features/options.

I find the key word search process frustrating. It is very difficult to find what I need when using key words.

The fact that PMAPS has collaborative tools and efficient document management are what I like most about the software. Also there are lots of features in the program and most are good.

It's nice to have our responses in a library. The software is reliable, and our contacts are friendly and helpful.

What I don't like with this is that there are times when you search, the returns are bit slow. It might be a connection problem, but with my team overseas, they also experience same thing.

Good search system and good administration. Easy to use and good approach for RFIs and RFPs.

I like being able to search for words within documents and linking Q&A. The system has good network opportunities to join up the wider and international teams.

I think inherently that PMAPS is a good system with good potential.

Can be difficult to search for what is required. Does not narrow down search to the most applicable response.

Im glad that you don't have to clear the cache anymore. Good improvements and right direction.

Logging in at one point was difficult where we had to trouble shoot why there were issues getting into PMAPS.

Ease of use and no training required. Generally the speed is great and search is efficient.

How difficult it is to navigate and sort. Sometimes the filters change without me telling them to.

Ability to set custom permissions. Customer service is responsive.
