  • Pros

  • The features seem easy to use. Not that there isn't any confusuion just not as much as some.
  • Every dime of these expenses were past on to the management company, and ultimately the original client. And Avetta still makes a bucket of money selling your company information to others.
  • Cons

  • Cost has been a struggle and will be an ongoing one. The cost to our suppliers is very high as this is a requirement to work with our company, the cost is significantly higher than other platforms.
  • Response time is severely lacking. Willingness to work with the client is non-existent.

  • You can create forms for anything you need. Everything can be customized, and includes great features like auto populating fields, dynamic options, and integrated incident reports.
  • Software that is very easy to use, has excellent, prompt support and is user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Very frustrating at times but that could be down to my basic knowledge of computers etc.
  • Its very easy to use but some of the wording can be confusing.
