The features seem easy to use. Not that there isn't any confusuion just not as much as some.

Cost has been a struggle and will be an ongoing one. The cost to our suppliers is very high as this is a requirement to work with our company, the cost is significantly higher than other platforms.

This is a terrible business platform that extorts vendors.

Easier to use than that of it's competitors like ISNetworld. Customer service is knowledgeable and works to actively help solve any problems that may occur.

It was a nightmare to go through the manual audit due to the auditor's ignorance regarding company governance, unreasonable requests, admin errors and a poor clients support.

Who want to pay a middle man to pass on costs to the contractor. Total scam and totally unecessary.

Every dime of these expenses were past on to the management company, and ultimately the original client. And Avetta still makes a bucket of money selling your company information to others.

I work with the team daily to make sure our suppliers are getting compliant. I also work wit h the team to make Avetta better for everyone.

Overall, we had an unpleasant implementation and dealing with the after affects. We have a good team of people that we work with now that have made the process better.

Response time is severely lacking. Willingness to work with the client is non-existent.

The platform is fairly simple to use. That is literally the only good thing to say.

The cost is always a tough subject for contractors and clients.

We also provide our safety department the information they are looking for on our suppliers.

This is a poorly run business with absolutely no regard for their clients because they have full power over the work you are trying to receive.

The only benefit we get is complying with client requirements. You can turn-off auto-pay.

Overly Expensive for what we get from it. Tedious process doing manual audits, rejection after rejection, pointless documents needed for absolutley everything.

Frankly its too expensive even when they don't find you compliant you still have to pay when you are non-compliant.

The team is always willing to listen if there are ways that the product can be improved. They have always been fair and honest in answering questions/concerns and suggestions.

I actively try to convince clients to use other systems.

There is no insurance company on planet earth willing to underwrite such a policy. I spent over 8 months trying to find one and in the end couldn't comply with the idiotic request.

The service PICS provides is value added but there are some features of their software that could be more easily accessible.

THE most infuriating organization that I have ever been forced to deal with. A significant factor in my decision to fire the client who forced me to enroll with Avetta.

The price is extremely expensive with no return. Their compliance team lacks common sense and denies documents for one missing word when it is clear what the document represents.

Once everything is uploaded it is easy to see if there is anything that needs to be actioned.

Unable to get any kind of response from Avetta as to how the charges are applied, who instigated the invoice and what the charges are for.

As a contractor uploading my data for all my clients:  It is very user friendly and easily manageable to connect to new clients and complete required information to be approved.

The platform is horrible and not easy to use. We only registered because our customer requires us to.

My overall experience with Avetta has been painful to say the least.

Please use either ISNetWorld or ComplyWorks as they are fair to both the Customer and the Vendor.

Easy to use, questions prompt you to complete actions or requirements with in the system.

Exceptionally poor and frustration experience. Lack of customer support, nil response to valid questions over invoicing.

That's when I was really impressed. This is customer service that compares favorably with AppleCare.

Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.

You can create forms for anything you need. Everything can be customized, and includes great features like auto populating fields, dynamic options, and integrated incident reports.

Very frustrating at times but that could be down to my basic knowledge of computers etc.

Great app that works on Android & iOS. Easy to build audits on PC.

Its very easy to use but some of the wording can be confusing.

Software that is very easy to use, has excellent, prompt support and is user friendly.

Sometimes the content can be nagging to the technician and they are forced to answer the same way every time and sometimes the content can be used against the technician to their demise.

I would highly recommend investing in this tool as it will not only provide you with some peace of mind but also highlight areas for improvement.

Its control at your fingertips. The best thing about it all is that it so easily integrates into mobile platforms without the need for expensive  addons, and very user friendly and easily trained out.
