There is nothing with the software that I dislike. I am able to make it do most of what I need.

Wonderful people from the ground up. The updates and advancements of this product over our relationship period has been fun to watch and clearly helps us to understand the value of our investment.

NContracts is fairly easy to use with template suggestions and a streamlined user experience. Everyone gets the same set up for vendor management, change management and risk management.

The ease of use with the software and ability to integrate with what we currently use. Training is top notch, but it helps that the software is user friendly.

The only downfall that we are having is the single sign-on. We are still having trouble implementing that piece into our intranet to get the Complaint button to work.

They help with tracking of multiple contract dates, alerting to upcoming renewals and extensions to allow for internal review. Their customer service is super.

I would recommend Ncontracts to anyone. Nvendor and Ncontracts are very easy to use and can utilized as much or as little as you like and still be extremely effective.

We also used QuestSoft for Fair Lending, CRA, and HMDA, which was recently acquired by Ncontracts. That vendor was also great to work with.

Love the program, and would talk anyone else into using it.

Ncontracts software is intuitive and easy to use. Implementation went very well and no significant stumbling blocks occurred.

But the future abilities that they have in the works for those products is going to be great.

I like that NContracts can automatically generate reports for the fair lending analysis. It saves a lot of time and makes it easy to understand the report.

As things have transitioned with the software over the years I have failed to stay up with it. I know I could be getting more out of it than I am if I spent time in it.

We are assigned an annual review with an analyst. Sometimes I am unsure which questions I should ask to utilize this built-in with our contract.

I dislike the version I am currently on but am upgrading.

Easy  navigation good screen layout, search, drill down, workload tracking , status reports and document management functionality.

The software is so easy to use, intuitive, logical & quick. Customer service was fantastic & very friendly to new users, and the short training videos and free webinars are insightful.

Good place to find how to do tasks - relies on staff to enter their procedures. Used mostly for entering complaints and compliments.

Inability to copy and paste or reuse individual activities. Inability to turn hovering display off.

Of course you need to map out the process in the format of activities, tasks, notes and attachments first - that's the hardest part. Entering it is quick and easy.

Processes are easy to map and new users can be quickly integrated into the new system.

Inability to format procedures to visualize what changed from the previous revision. Not able to match up training records with the procedures.

I think that the best thing about Promapp is its simplicity.

However, the speed and bugs in each upgrade for a client hosted version is very frustrating.

More advanced things as process timeframe and costing is possible and made easy.

Hard to write up IF statements. Hard to use the editor - will not allow you to cut and paste tasks.

There is very little I can criticise about this software; the value comes from its content and configuration.

Its exceptionally easy to use, has streamlined our QMS and audits, and is helping identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Promapp is really easy to use and customer friendly. Promapp dashboard is really clear and help all staff to know in just one look what are the items that need their attention.

Really like the interface when you're building a process, it was logical and intuitive.

Linking a process with other processes does not work all the time depending on where the link is placed. Entering Inputs/Outputs is not easy understandable for a user.

That's why most successful programs and software don't require login access when simply sharing something.

I have only used the free trial but thus far it seems like an excellent product though I cannot comment on what the price would be for the full version.
