  • Pros

  • Very good CRM tool that helps visually track and display the growth of leads and opportunities in a company.
  • Pipedrive's free plan is great, you can get a good idea of whether the product is for you without actually spending a penny.
  • Cons

  • The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.
  • There is no key information once Pipedrive is down of who you can contact for support. I don't like the Lead section it really just sits there quite useless to us.

  • Simple input for contact information for different clients and potential clients. Super easy to create deals and potential purchases for clients.
  • Zendesk Sell is easy to use, pushes notifications where needed, and is great for small teams.
  • Cons

  • System has limited functionalities. It mainly doesnt support SaaS business model and lacks certain key and also unimportant features.
  • Lack commonly functionalities other CRMs have. Poor reporting and extremely expensive for the poor reporting.
