Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is very convenient and very accessible to use when it comes in logging time in and out. Definitely a must have software

  • Easy to use for everyone. Both on the mobile app and on the computer. No experience with the kiosk version. Very user friendly and 24/7 chat help is great.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is difficult to find your shift to login, but once you use it on a daily basis, it is so easy and effective for our business.

  • Some of the features are not easy to figure out, not totally intuitive, but with training it evens out.

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.
