My overall experience with EasyShifts has been great. It is very easy to add/remove schedules as well as add/remove staff and for the staff to use to schedule themselves.

I like that the software is accessible through a mobile app which makes it very user friendly for my staff who only have access to smart phones.

The support team at EasyShift has been very responsive and helpful. I wish we would have started using it sooner.

It is frustrating that you do not know who all is on a message that is sent to you on there...as well as if you send it to all users, that it comes up individually in your outbox.

This software has really cut down on the hours spent by my manager in completing payroll and scheduling.

Ability to quickly run daily or weekly staffing schedules. Ability to have open shifts visible to staff for picking up.

What I like most about EasyShifts is how easy it is to use. I find it very user friendly and easy to make any corrections, if needed.

Staff love access to their schedule and to have the ability to change their schedule when needed.

I like the layout as it is easy to see the different shifts and who is working.

I put my shift up for grabs becauase this dumb app is so dumb.

Managers and schedulers can view and edit the schedule for their cell phones, and employees have the most updated version on their schedule on demand.

It is a great product to have answers at your fingertips in regards to looking into past hours an employee worked and the absenteeism feature is also very helpful.

Customer service reps respond quickly and are a huge help.

Overally this has been a huge improvement from our paper calendar. It is easy for emplyoees to see the open shifts and pick them up.

Not having an option for the week to start on Monday. Lack of features in the mobile version.

Can not change absences, correct them. We have staff that may get things worked out and come in or make mistakes and need to modify the call in.

We are pleased and have been satisfied with the custormer service.

The Time Off portion of EasyShifts is also very helpful. EasyShifts will not let Admin schedule an employee when they have approved Time Off during that timeframe.

The templates are built and you just make any changes or edits to the template versus re-doing the whole thing. I love that employees can access from their phones, home or at work.

It is a great way to create transparency to the schedule. It is a wonderful way for off shift people to stay updated and informed.

This software is user friendly. It is easy to teach others how to navigate and has many options on receiving new messages.

The customer support is fresh, quick and easy to understand.

Publication date - I have wasted too much time scheduling meetings before it came out.

I am at a loss with no customer support. Will use this time for an event then I will look for another platform.

It's a pity, that there's no version for mobile phone.

It's cheaper than many of its rivals, yet it offers tons of great features and various other cool functionalities. Plus, it works like a charm, never had any issue with it.

Custom fields for things like choosing a location is a nice touch. Having multiple event/meeting types is a fantastic feature.

It connects with all the popular calendars, provide much needed time zone sync, private notes, etc. We love that we can brand it as an extension of our company.

But overall, those are tiny complaints compared to how well the tool works.

Making it easy to set the times you are available and then let people book times and have the calendar managed automatically is a HUGE benefit.

You can set a buffer time before the meeting to include for instance meal time. It has a great, intuitive UI that makes using it more comfortable and pleasant.

Easy integration with Google Calendar that works perfectly and a customizable look of the scheduler are the most important to me. Additional features like private notes are a good addition.

This is a very easy to use system and has all the features you would need without the price tag of calendly.

Harmonizely does exactly what it promises, with a clean UI and always looking for ways to improve. They’re great at communicating with their users.

The way it works with my self hosted calender (via CalDAV on Nextcloud) is just wonderful.

That said, I find that the features are good and customer support is excellent. They keep adding new features, so as of early 2019, it is a very strong solution for scheduling.

Setting up valid time blocks is awkward. Workaround to accommodate multiple calendar accounts is not ideal.

Easy to use and elegant in design. Option to add questions to a meeting booking is great.
