  • Pros

  • I like that the software is accessible through a mobile app which makes it very user friendly for my staff who only have access to smart phones.
  • Ability to quickly run daily or weekly staffing schedules. Ability to have open shifts visible to staff for picking up.
  • Cons

  • It is frustrating that you do not know who all is on a message that is sent to you on there...as well as if you send it to all users, that it comes up individually in your outbox.
  • I put my shift up for grabs becauase this dumb app is so dumb.

  • Our franchise likes the product. I registered prior to them getting the franchise edition.
  • Ease of use and it has great features that don't cost a fortune when compared to other services on the market today.
  • Cons

  • Since this is an online field software program, occasionally the techs have problems figuring out what to email the customer when they are out in the field from their iPads.
  • Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
