There is no automatic notification to the students when a reference letter is posted to their application. And no automatic way to let them know that reference letters are missing.

I really enjoy using AwardSpring. I manage over 100 scholarships with different criteria for a community college foundation and this software helps me do that in a quick and efficient manner.

Also, I am frustrated that you can not delete questions that are no longer necessary on the application.

I also like the follow-up feature/additional requirements because it allows me to decide what I want to do be it gathering data or creating thank you cards.

The Reviewer portal is a bit cumbersome. Our departments scholarship committees find it difficult to use.
