- It's a very professional-looking online application that is was custom built for us. It's effortless to use from an admin standpoint and very user friendly for our parents.

- However, it can make managing the system more difficult as the application grows larger and the user creates multiple customizations.
- The no attachment for transcripts is not apparent that the document has been attached. Reference notified or completed section is unclear.
Pros
- Plus, Submittable was by far the most affordable solution and offered the best value for money in our opinion.
- This software is easy to understand, easy to deploy, and intuitive for guest users who help us to evaluate the submissions that we receive.
Cons
- I only fear is when requesting assistance and I receive a auto reply email stating it will take about 1 or 2 days for a response turn around that is entirely too long so I call for service.
- I use a pen name myself, and the absence of this feature has caused me some trouble.
