- SaaS, easy to use interface, sufficient functionality, test environments, great support.
- Easy set up and management of courses and certificates, notification automation, customization for approval workflows and permissions, reporting and robust dynamic help.
Cons
- Lack of user-friendly front end development. Currently you need a developer to design and assist non-technical users.
- There is no plugin or api that allows Destiny One data to be queried outside of Destiny One.
Pros
- It is very comprehensive with lots of options for customization. It is easy to get up and running with some features, and then add in more as you go.
- Great for tracking staff hours for payroll, great for check in and check out of children and ability to access information regarding attendance.
Cons
- There are so many options to customize, that it can be difficult to find the data you want. E.g. one drop down menu has the wrong option selected, so you get no results.).
- Use of the calendar and displaying staff schedules etc. not functional at all for us due to the rigidity of the format.
