- Secondly, it automatically allocates the nearest depot for the customers and the way it groups the customers easy to segment them and even you can download it in MsExcel which is the best things.
- We can import data in excel based and also integrate with some common db such as sqlserver & Oracle.
Cons
- As a user, I found myself struggling to navigate through the interface and perform basic tasks.
- I think it could have a functionality of cloud collaboration, I'm not sure if they have it under commercial usage or for enterprises.
Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
