Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the ease of us and the incredible customer service. SENSITIVE CONTENT] have all been so very helpful with the questions I've had as I've been learning the system.
- The platform is easy to understand, and I appreciated how they genuinely take care of their users. The attention to detail and the helpfulness of the support team made my experience very positive.
- Great customer service, very quick and efficient software, very quick and easy set up and great tracking display for profits.
Cons
- Thoight i had cancelled my subscription only to be charged $600 a few months later. Very sneaky cancellation procedure thats misleading.
- Terrible, I had to close my shop twice for 3 weeks total, because the software was not functioning properly.
- I added it to my account, go charged and then nothing.
Pros
- The extension of oberlo is awesome, it suggest best product with perfect price and specification. Oberlo is easy to use and need only some clicks to use it.
- This tool has lots of good features like video content, tools for generating good meaningfully and attractive names for business.
- I loved how easy it was to implement into my Shopify store and with only a few clicks I was able to have products coded, categorized and tagged with ease.
Cons
- At times the app bugs, causing a delay in-order delivery. The chat services have totally gone sluggish - that's where I give them a poor rating.
- I have experience some cache problems a couple times using Oberlo, and I need to restart several times the work I was doing, but it almost never happens. I think this could be a Oberlo server error.
- I became quickly frustrated with the empty promises of "deals amd discounts" I would receive from suppliers because of my subscription to oberlo.
