It is a very unique tool so is sometimes hard to sell across the business.

We have automated a number of previously manual or error prone tasks quickly using Checkbox and in situations where larger, less flexible incumbent systems have not been able to do so.

Formatting options, while present, are not consistently available across the different elements or blocks.

The Checkbox team has worked closely with us to roll out a very successful solution and assisted with preparing project plans to ensure the project meets the milestones for a successful roll out.

We have found it easy to develop in enabling us to develop prototypes very quickly which helps keep the pace of innovation up in the firm.

Some of the features were limiting but I think that was because we were on the lower level licence.

It's database features are limited, but workarounds are possible.

Easy to use, makes rating a shipment  enjoyable, all quotes in one place and easy to select which one you want. Gives you the BOL and Pallet labels or you can email them.

The navigation of shipments using a side scrolling bar is a little cumbersome. Previously only being able to have one shipment per account was a problem but that has not been resolved.

The thing I like the most about Freight Pop is all the features.

All other TMS I've seen or used look so outdated and hard to use.

It also has price quoting and works with shipping accounts you may already have. So we can see the market price on shipping as well as the discounts we might get from somewhere like UPS or FedEx.

Background address validation, good scale integration and smooth progression to the next shipment —It accommodates our workflow of shipping many shipments in rapid succession.

FreightPop support is amazing. Cloud based is a nice advantage.
