- The fact that they offer an awesome product for FREE is amazing and unheard of.
- Very easy to integrate into our business and very user friendly software.
Cons
- There are some features which are missing from the platform such as bulk receipt uploading and reporting features.
- She did end up in a little bit of a lurch due to my mistake and ended up having to do a reimbursement.
Pros
- The ability to connect with your cell phone and utilize the inventory reporting and scanning features within RAMP is a huge advantage when you’re in the warehouse and do not have access to a RF gun.
- Everyone of the staff have been an extraordinary help and they are all a pleasure to work with. They continuously took the time to understand our needs and help us in every which way possible.
Cons
- Documentation for all the different modules that's included could be better by possibly adding screen shots, but that's the only negative.
- Very little negative feedback has been received since we implemented RAMP WMS software.
