Marketplace, AcceleRate and WebCargo and Market Intelligence are priced per-module. Freightos Marketplace - based on percentage of secured order: • 3% booking • 2% to 5% selling AcceleRate - billed as a monthly subscription: • Rate Management Enterprise - $49/user/month • Contract Management Services - $40 for ad hoc individual contracts with one price list, or $25 for individual contracts with pre-purchased contract automation package. • Online Sales • Instant Booking from Top Forwarders - 3% of secured orders • Sell on the Freightos Marketplace - 2-5% of secured orders WebCargo - Contact Freightos directly for pricing. Great company. Great service.
It is very easy to use, and the prices are very competitive. In a complicated industry, when it comes to dealing with companies abroad, Freightos makes it less painful to run our business

Great software for getting quick rates and communication with Forwarders
Quick quotes - Clear upfront pricing - Easy to communicate with the forwarders.
CONSPlatform fee could be more transparent - but still good pricing.

Horrific experience - I can't describe how terrible the the last few months has been with them
PROSThe service they quoted - unfortunately they did not provide this service at all
CONSPaid for express shipping 4-8 days from China to UK. The process took over 8 weeks. The shipper used Fedex who had an explosion in their warehouse. Fedex hae confirmed they have refunded Freightos client for the whole shipment however they have not refunded me this amount. Their service has had a huge negative impact on my business. I will never use them again and am currently seeking damages

Straight Forward and to the point system!
A very good one, makes the shipping process all the more easier for my position!
PROSSeamless Freight platform with great rates! Also glad to see its ability to save locations so you can make future shipments even easier!
CONSNo ability to see actual pathing for the shipment, would allow one to see precisely wear the order is other than just seeing locations jotted down.

Peace of mind shipping
On the first shipment it was a learning curve, but the second shipment went a long nice and smooth,
PROSEverything is lad out and let's you what paperwork is need.
CONSThe only thing that would help a new to importing would be to let the know it helps a lot with Customs too have the shipper in clued their first and last name of the bill of lading & the packing list along with the company name.
