Sometimes carriers return weird information or is not fast enough and it times out and does not display them.

Super easy and quick to use. All I have to do is input the ship to zip code, freight class, rate, and click Get Quote.

The format is simple, and I love the way it brings the carriers up cheaper to more expensive.

We have to have a good idea of our shipping cost because freight can be as much as 50% of our production cost.

Overall, I am happy with the software and the customer service prompt response to my questions. Very fast and reliable to solve any issues.

KUEBIX is a very intuitive, customer friendly, and swift way to get shipping prices.

I will say again that the biggest frustration is their customer service and responses.

I simply unbook the BOL, delete and start over. It takes no time to do this.

I have been shipping for this company for about 10 months and have yet to figure out how to use YRC's website correctly. Kuebix is extremely user friendly and it saves me a lot of time.

Kuebix software is very easy to use. Very accurate when obtaining quotes, freight organization, and keeping track with carriers.

The only thing I'm not found of is, unless I missed it, is not having  an option to not have PRO's automatically associated with pickups.

With the TMS, it seems to be a larger learning curve and I keep running into issues where the shipper gets stuck and they stop using the system.

Pro numbers have been duplicated which has cause a delay in shipment.

There are many customers in my market who ship 50/50 prepaid versus collect, it makes no sense for them to use this platform for prepaid shipments and then carrier websites for the collect shipments.

The inbound feature is what I like best about MyCarrierTMS. Its has been super helpful on bringing inbound shipments in to our location.

So far my experience using MyCarrierTMS has been great. It's been easy to train my staff on the functions, and I have not experienced any issues thus far.

The thing I like most about this software is the ease of use. It's very user friendly, and has all functions needed for a small to mid-size business to manage their freight.

I am unable to think of any features I dislike.

Integration was super easy. Customer Service is top notch and available pretty much 24/7.

Ease of use for the customer - the like the tracking and tracing with the calendar when it open up and they feel that this is a much easier plat form and faster that others they have been presented.
