Knowing what we have purchased has been extremely helpful so we do not order the same item again. The customer service was horrible. The software always seemed to be freezing up on me. It made easy tasks seem to take forever to accomplish. #### Vendor response Thank you for your feedback. It offers a user-friendly interface , one that helps us save on time and eliminate excess administrative costs. We are able to manage our invoices, purchase orders, bills and expenses in a streamlined manner. A great feature of this software is that it is possible to assign roles to users, and provide access to certain transactions, thereby ensuring that the right person can examine authorized features only. #### Cons Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes challenging to navigate through the new changes. What works best of us is the cloud based application allows us to have our team in multiple remote locations yet get POs requested, approved, and sent to vendors quickly which helps us stay on schedule with every project we are managing. I have been using Ever since I have been using it in my office I can see a significant change it's a fast, one-point system where I can do my inventory raise a purchase order, track history compare products cost get all my invoices in the same system. The best part is since it's online also I can open it from any place and be updated. It's the most logical software which is out there. #### Cons It is a 5-star software. I like the software as it has helped me grow. I like that it is fast and easy to use. You are even able to email right from the PO. #### Cons I don't like that there is a new area that has to be set of what folder you would like to have it in after it mailed out. If you are referring to approval folders (i.e. Inbox, Not-submitted, Rejected, Pending) the system should assign automatically depending on the approval status of the PO.
