We tried another provider briefly but they didn't tie departments and the general ledger together in the budget area. Knowing what we have purchased has been extremely helpful so we do not order the same item again. Plus, having a document letting us know what is still owed from companies. Cons: When entering a new PO, the Item ID has to be very precise to locate the item. What works best of us is the cloud based application allows us to have our team in multiple remote locations yet get POs requested, approved, and sent to vendors quickly which helps us stay on schedule with every project we are managing. Our experience with Spendwise has been great and I can recommend it without hesitation.
