It's easy to use and their development team is constantly releasing new features and products that make the platform better, and makes them an exciting partner to work with.

The one challenge I've found is the ability to block items from being purchased.

Onboarding and training were seamless and well planned. I love that our team is only ordering from the platform and not 3rd party sites.

The ease of use, it's easy to find/order items and it automatically adjusts my quickbooks which is helpful for time management.

Easy to consolidate invoicing. Able to complete 1 order for multiple vendors simultaneously.

All units have access to the same item database and can easily find products they need and place quick orders.

The analytics dashboard helps us dive deeper into how we are spending our budgets and reallocate as needed.

I like that you can set limits of how much variation you are okay with for pricing and shipping.

I love the fact that it has everything we need to order in just an easy search. You can also add notes if something is out of stock or if an item should be your 2nd or 3rd option.

The ability to purchase items from multiple vendors but have all the spend organized and categorized.

Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company.

I love the ease of adding vendors and products. Also, the customer service is quick, professional and very thorough.

Super easy to add products and have one concise system for all products.

I like the ability to categorize purchases and run reports to show staff the expenses each month.

The support team is amazing and helps us ensure our orders are placed and delivered in a timely fashion.

This keeps not only our staff happy, but also our finance team. In addition to saving me time, Negotiatus is  a breeze to use.

It also saves all of the products I purchase, so it's simple click to reorder products. Their support team, is friendly, customer service oriented, and always quick to assist.

These can be difficult to match with the Negotiatus order number. Also, as one of the approvers,  I cannot create an order and have someone else approve it.

I don't like that sometimes tracking takes a while to show up.

I love that the products are easily accessible in the search function, that we see what we are getting, and that the process (from start to finish) is quick and efficient.

This takes all the guesswork out of it. The platform is super easy to use and I like the fact that the customer service team is super attentive to any problems that arise.

Having all products and ordering centralized in one platform, easy to use for our staff.

Ease of use for every type of user. Centralization of information of supplies order for our business that has multiple locations.

I love it because it is easy to navigate. It is easy to teach new team members to use as well.

Purchasing for our business could be a real mess if there were multiple vendors for a particular project  on one order.

My overall experience with Negotiatus has been annoying and inconvenient.

I like how easy it is to find the product I am looking for. The delivery tracking is also extremely helpful so I can have a better idea as to when my supplies will arrive.

It's very user friendly and easy to navigate upon first using it.

The system remembers previous orders, making it extremely easy to reorder items. I like that I can choose items from a company like Staples and Order will negotiate the best prices.

It's been great over the last couple of years because I can set budgets or my  locations and see what they are ordering before I allow the order to be approved.

The platform is so convenient and if an item is out of stock it helps to choose a similar item. Also love the fact that it helps my company save money on materials.

I receive parts and materials to get the jobs done. I receive great service and experience with your highly engaged support team regularly.

It keeps all our costs in one place, which save me so much time. I no longer have to spend hours sourcing receipts from different vendors.

I love the icon on my home page to easily add products to my cart and list.

I like the simplicity of the categories and organizing features.

This becomes an annoyance when trying to find open, unreceived invoices. It should have an indicator that is closed or fully received without opening the file to check if all parts are received.

Negoatiatus has centralized all of our vendors into one easy order product catalog.

I like the fact that we can get savings and substitutions to fill our orders promptly.

Items often come broken or damaged and returning items is time consuming.

Overall we've been very satisfied with Negotiatus. The ease of use and responsive customer service have made our experience very positive.

The ease of inputting your item and getting the best price without having to do all the work of sourcing yourself.

My overall experience has been awful. This platform is stressing me out and giving me so many issues.

Negotiatus is a huge time saver for me. It puts all of my products in one place, so re-odering is so easy.

Whenever I've had to reach out to Negotiatus, they are always very prompt in their response, friendly, and helpful.

SKU Labs support is top notch, they are insanely responsive and willing to help work through almost anything you have issues or questions with.

Their chat support is always on top of it and their support people know everything about their tool. The tool is really intuitive and solved a couple problems I didn't even know I had.

Organizational and operational systems are fantastic.

What's even more impressive is their customer service, I have just not experienced anything like it before. Every time I post a question using their chat, I get a reply within seconds.

Clear winner in our selection process and I have never experienced a better customer service.

We like skulabs because it integrates very well with Big Commerce. Being able to load our inventory at a SKU level and build kits has streamlined my inventory mgt process.

Overall SKULabs has really improved our accuracy in shipping, receiving PO's, and doing periodic inventory counts. Import/export functions are solid for being able to mass update to, or from SKULabs.

The software is straight forward, user-friendly, and has honestly completely changed our inventory accuracy by at least 80% or more.

The ability to track our inventory is my favorite part everything is where it should be when you need it.

Amazing, friendly support who go out of their way to help me and my individual needs.

That's been a downside in needing to print thousands of labels routinely.

Overall ease of use - we came from StitchLabs when it was killed-off; SKULabs was just outside of our desired budget, but it delivers ERP grade software at a fraction of the cost.

The amount of $ this software saves is amazing. No more having to pay for customer return postage for incorrect item sent.

So looking forward to the integration with Quickbooks they will be releasing soon that will make it even better because I will be able to pull in my orders into QB instead of manually entering them.

The inventory updates are relatively quick, so it's nice to have the site match the inventory. Customer Service has been responsive, but only on chat.

WE like it, it works, however, we are approaching an inventory point where we need some of these issues we have to work. The shipping feature would be huge as we still cant use it.

Very intuitive and usable GUI that doesn't overwhelm users. Solid integration with sales channels, and shipping services including Amazon SFP Shipping.

This Software is very User Friendly, we transitioned to this system Seamlessly with the help of the Skulabs Team. For Day to Day Shipping, and any inventory tasks it is easy and efficient to use.

I have of course not asked for functionality that I don't think would be good for others, but it's just amazing how they have adhered to it and implemented it quicker than I could have imagined.

In reality, they *some* functionality related to what they promise, but it's often half baked and buggy. The docs offer no guidance on how to use some features.

Also, we do not see the 'anomalies' we saw in other software programs we used where inventory would just be off on occasion with no explanation.

Skulabs is like an infant child:  You have to watch it constantly as problems will popup consistently and you have to solve them or else bad things can happen.

We still find ourselves spending a lot of time figuring out how much we need to order and when. This gets difficult when shipments can take 3 months to arrive.

It has great ease of use and functionality the option to select cheapest shipping fees without having to switch to multiple screens or programs and re enter addresses is a great time saver.

This software gives me one-stop shopping. It saves me time and energy, and therefore, money.

Instead of clicking the drop down and 'print combined documents. Or at least something more streamlined than the current process.

I'm using SKULabs to sync product details and inventory totals between Square and Shopify. I'm looking at another app that claims to do this but I'm a little afraid to take the risk.
