Precoro is a cloud-based spend management solution for small and midsize businesses that helps automate procurement processes. Key features include purchase order creation and delivery, billing, spend data analysis, vendor management, real-time budgeting, receiving, three-way matching and catalog management.

Precoro allows users to create purchase requests, set automated approval routing and receive purchase orders. Precoro’s vendor management module stores supplier information including addresses, contact information and payment terms, which helps users when creating purchase orders.

With the real-time dashboard, users can visualize the overall spending status across all purchase orders. Catalog management allows users to create and manage a list of products from vendors.

Precoro keeps all information in one place which lets users track requisitions, approvals, budgets and orders. Users can also set request due dates according to priorities.

Okay tool to manage your procurement, needs a lot of improvement

Sales team should promise whatever they can deliver, please do not make false promises to the customers.

Pros

You can track budget, procurement and receivable and and able to make the payment.

Cons

A lot of things needs to be done manually as the system needs a lot of improvements, like you will not be able to change PR/PO format.

Poor Customer Support

Pros

Very easy to use tool, you can create budget by location and track it. Tool is having good configuration option. User level access control can be managed.

Cons

- A lot of features are missing, its not procure to pay system its only about procurement.
-Contract pause option
- Very poor customer success team. Sales team will promise you to build features but success manager will not have any idea about it. They will buy time like anything and you need to pay for it as there is no option to pause the contract.

Best Procure to Pay solution in the market with this cost

Overall, it is very nice and handy tool.

Pros

1. Price
2. Configuration feasibility
3. Workflow management
4. User level access and configuration is simply superb, for sure you will not get this feature with this amount.

Cons

1. PR/PO approval should be more configurable, currently it is based on the price, should also be based on the type, dimension of the product as well.
2. Budgeting should also be possible to the location level.

Pros

6 months of successful using

Time savings, remote access, visibility of company's spending.

Pros

I use Precoro with my two subordinates. Functionality feeds all our needs.
Remote access possibility is handy, I always go to business trips and can approve all in my smartphone.

Cons

It was complicated a bit to move from habitual Excel, but we've done it with customer support manager.

Great purchasing processes optimizer!

As a head physician, I try to find out best ways to optimize work-time of the hospital. When my assistant came and told about Precoro and how it can help as to make purchase contract I was very distrust. But now after only 3 month I can't imagine our work without this service.
