Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- It is easy to use and it is user friendly which is the most important thing for any software. Effective stock management is also it's best feature.
- We don’t require to print everything on paper because of HandiFox. Great software for small as well as big companies.
Cons
- Unfortunately, there isn't an option to cancel an order due to an over-limit from the customer. I've also been finding it difficult to manually reenter sales order.
- It sometimes has issues connecting with Quickbooks but I have not experienced this issue enough to call it a major problem.
