Good customer service when I did have issues. #### Cons It was free for unlimited labels (extra features did cost more but I only needed the basics) and then they switched to only 30 per month for the free service. I still use those 30, but then switch to other clients for the rest of the month. I hope this changes back. #### Reasons for choosing Shippo I do use other products simultaneously with Shippo. It is not ideal. Shippo was my favorite until they limited free accounts to 30 labels which is less than I need, but not enough that I am willing to pay when other options are still free. #### Reasons for switching to Shippo Shippo let me track everything together, and let me charge a credit card for my labels instead of coming from my sales funds. Once I have printed my shipping label I can request pick up from USPS. It makes shipping so much easier than it used to be. #### Cons I've had numerous added charges for shipping. USPS saying the package weighed more than I entered. I know this happens but the charges are from months ago (sometimes 4 to 5 months later). The fact that the program itself is free to use is amazing, as well. #### Cons We use a Word doc with Avery labels for our shipping labels. It would be great if we could create a custom label template to work with this set up. Currently, we just edit the size of the PDF that is downloaded. #### Reasons for choosing Shippo We initially chose Shippo when we started our online store through Square because we wanted the lowest start up cost for our cost for our online store when it launched. Approx. 8 months later, although we can upgrade Square to include label printing, now that we have used Shippo, we will probably stick with this integration because of the ease of use and affordability. --- ### Shippo is a 5 Star for me.
