Integrations with ecommerce platforms, payment processors and other systems such as warehouse management systems at logistics partners are great.

Excellent software, making good progress over the years in terms of enhancing functionality and optimizing UI/UX.

For us as an engineering company, it is of great relevance that we keep an overview of our projects and our resources.

That's why I am very happy that I have implemented Xentral - the software is very clear and structured for a fully comprehensive ERP system.

Flexibility of processes - find your best process and change it as your business changes. Easy to use, quick start is possible.

We have been using xentral for 5 years and are still satisfied. Xentral maps all processes optimally and is easy and intuitive to use.

Processes like Warehouse and Billing are easy to understand and implement.

It is easy to use and need less loading time to open pages.

If you want you can avoid contact and just have a 14 day demo. Fast improvement and continuos development of the software is a good promise for the future.

Without a working ERP system, it is really hard to keep an overview and control of your business these days.

Xentral is a very easy to use ERP Software with a bride variaty of APIs and Features. It is very easy customisable and offers a quick intro to the ERP World.

If we musst chose something, it will be that we need to pay for all features altough we use just a little of them (10% i guess).

Especially if goods are returned damaged or broken, we have to rely on workarounds so that the goods are separated from the good ones.

The implementation process not only showed us how to use the product but was also provided great training on industry best practices.

At the time of this review, the billing scripts you have to make to do advanced charges don't change the excel files created for invoice backups.

The dashboard is great, and our customers love how easy it is to just click a metric and view whatever data we have tailored to fit their needs.

Not only that, but having the system be reliable for them is an asset that cannot be overstated.

Ability to provide customers with high-end and reliable customer portal experience. Ability to seamlessly integrate with prospects that show interest in our company (A huge selling point).

The ability to pretty much customize anything (if you can figure it out).

A lot of our customers have niche needs so this was a good choice for us. In addition, the ability to hook into the API with other systems is amazing once you get the hang of it.

The dashboard is great for managing day to day operations and gives great visibility to everything happening within your warehouses. Reporting is nice, you can build fairly advanced queries easily.

They also have many helpful tool tips, and easy access to their Knowledge Base which really helps make the transition go smoother.

Saves us tons of time and money. The system is setup in a way where you can define how you want your business to run, instead of being forced to do things a certain way which was great for us.

Infoplus is easy to view all our inventory in real time, it keeps things organized and is user friendly.

We are not tech experts so the fact that we learned this software and understand the workings of it is invaluable and a true testament to the dedicated customer support team at Infoplus Commerce.

The easy to navigate dashboards take just a few mouse clicks to get to where you need to be. The reporting is spot on and the help functions make things very clear.

Infoplus helps us track, in real time, where and what we have on hand. The cost savings in being able to track every piece of inventory has saved our company a ton of time and money.

Infoplus is a good-looking software with a solid core set of features. The table management and navigation are simple to use, allowing for easy filtering to the information needed.

All of the other 3PL's we interviewed the initial cost of entry was mid five figures.

With custom fields, API, smart documents, and scripts the possibilities are endless.

Sometime system is hacked & trouble in inventory management.

I love the fact that if the software does not have something out of the box that you need for your business process, you can use building blocks and scripts to create it.

They also have an extensive knowledge base though it too was sometimes hard to understand.

If you do not have a dedicated person or team writing the script logic you will absolutely struggle with the billing module, and even then it can difficult to work with.

However, they now a new, very solid, leadership team. I personally know most people on the leadership team, and they really are great to work with.

Overall I had a great experience with Infoplus and would recommend them to anyone looking for a technologically advanced and reliable system.

This system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. With the information stored in tables, it is easy to search for the information needed.

They respond with the right help and follow up like clockwork. We are looking forward to introducing major features in our own company, and I feel confident in Infoplus to help it work right.

We've built our own middle-ware to cover any gaps that infoplus had, and their amazing API allowed us to do that.

Infoplus has native mobile application which is the need of the day. It's navigation is very easy and fast.

Providing backup documentation for invoices is a bit of a pain.

Overall I've had a great experience with Infoplus and their team. Would recommend to anyone who needs an end to end WMS solution at a very low price (comparatively).

The company does not provide the option to pay for a developer from their team to customize the product for you.

We are a new company and all of our resources need to be focused on costs and growth in real time.

There are many data points to help optimize SKU placement which is crucial when your facility is near  peak capacity. Support staff is very responsive and close tickets quickly.

When fully deployed and all capabilities integrated InfoPlus is worth the money. Just prepare for a longer than necessary deployment period.

I like the ease of use, and ease of teaching others to use. Our team was able to hit the floor running after 5 minutes of training.

Fortunately, Infoplus makes it really easy to use and navigate their software.

Customer Service - Their customer service is 2nd to none. If I wasn't limited by characters, I would continue to commend just how crucial they've been in helping our business run smoothly.

I use it everyday and have grown pretty accustomed to it , customer support is good.

The tool is missing a big piece of the order to cash process. Invoicing is NOT built in it requires integration to a billing system.
