Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
Pros
- When you use the compliance module, it makes it super easy to apply remediation's from patching to setting changes.
- Thankfully we found a high quality and affordable alternative with Secpod's SanerNow and have never looked back. It was easy to deploy and the agent consumed almost no CPU or memory resources.
Cons
- There is no feature to know the effect of any patch updating.
- For windows patches, it detects and gives details of missing patches, but does not patch. This would have been an icing on the cake if this feature is taken in future.
