WABA GHL integration solution
Super quick response for support team, well documented step-by-step for the integration
CONSSometimes messages from contact doesn't show on GHL dashboard
Reasons for switching to CRM Messaging
Couldn't find the company name, but it's wabotx which is a whitelabel solution from com.bot. I made the switch as I saw the team was incredibly supportive and fixing things quickly.

Good product and gets better with every update
[sensitive content hidden] customer service is great! He's very available and makes has been very helpful whenever we have a question.
CONSI wish that our contacts and phone numbers were able to sync better. This may be an issue with our plan and having more contacts than we pay for with syncing, but I often have to rely on context clues or look up the phone number in my database if I am messaging a client from my phone.

Support is everything
It's taken less than a week to get this set up. Be aware that there are regulations that these companies have to follow, for example Canada requires proof of business registration, and without it the account cannot be set up. What's great with CRM Messaging is that the integrations with HubSpot is somewhat complex, and in some instances, you may need to use Zapier. But their support team are incredibly competent and know how to get everything working.
PROSThe support team is fantastic and the product works well to allow for call and sms to come through HubSpot.
CONSIt's minor but they were not able to provide Voice on a free trial. That's in part due to the way that they have to commit to the service being used. I did ask what would happen if I didn't like the service (eg, if the voice quality was poor), and they offered a straight refund. So, a very minor friction point.

This was the easiest platform to integrate WhatsApp with our HubSpot account; consequently, it opens up our marketing tremendously." As a result, the customer service is one of the best we have used. At our office, we use many platforms, but CRM Messaging has by far the best customer service. Replies to my questions were answered within minutes.
CONSit was fairly simple to set up. I would have followed the directions; the process is easy.

Simple easy to get start sending SMS
Overall i find this friendly to send SMS and WhatsApp form GHL from this tool and I would recommend others to use this and save cost with custom providers
PROSI liked setting up automated bulk SMS from smart lists and auto responding to incoming messages.

My CRM Messaging experience
My experience overall is pretty good with this software, the customer support is pretty good, the functions work correctly, it has been one of easiest software that I used until now, I can live with the missing information of the dashboard but something that needs to be solved on a short period is the site being slow most of the times.
PROSWhat I liked the most is that the software is pretty easy to use, it has all the functions that any company needs to perform SMS campaigns, and the integrations with CRMs are also pretty easy to set, the user guides are clear to understand.
CONSThe dashboard. It has missing information on some sections, it can be improved a lot with time, it has some "display bugs" that can be fixed regarding the "schedule" section since the information before and after the SMS are sent looks very different and can be confusing. It's Slow, the platform can be very slow at some points and sometimes it can crash if the process you are doing at the moment is kind of "heavy"

Because ClickSend does not have the option to insert links on the SMS nor the option to send MMS

This is the solution I think alot of businesses will need for connecting to GHL, and it is easy to setup. The automation in GHL can be fully integrated into CRM Messaging, making the whole automation functionality powerful and unique. Highly Recommended

Great Whatsapp integration for Gohighlevel
The Whatsapp integration woth Gohighlevel is seamless, and if there happens to be any errors in the process the support team is available 24/7 and ready to help.
CONSI will say again that I am only using it to integrate whatsapp into Gohighlevel, and I don't have a single issue with that. I wouldn't know about the other features

Great SMS platform that's affordable and easy to use
The software allows you to sign up for a plan with SMS messages included or you can do PAYG and connect your own Twilio account which is what I did. It integrates easily with HubSpot without any technical knowledge and does the job well.
CONSThe only very minor downside is that it would be great if I could see the SMS messages in the activity feed of HubSpot contacts. However, I have spoken to support about this and they said they can do it if I book a support session with them so that's a good thing.

Easy to Use and Perfect for SMEs
I must say that the product was easy to use and it linked with our tools just like that. And the learning curve was almost zero.I am very happy I found the product and the support team is extremely supportive as well and solved bugs in a jiffy and also the deploy new and small features very quickly.
CONSSometimes we were facing integrations issues with the product but the team has solved them right away giving us the quickest solutions.
