  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • Selected them this time and was amazed at the support they provided and the remarkable products.
  • The best Listrak’s advantages for us is that they provide us Email automation and Conductor tool to deploy emails which is very easy and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Followup from account executive was non existent. Once they get you locked in they do not treat you well.
  • The menu organization is kind of nuts. It’s difficult to find what I’m looking for, reporting is challenging because of this.
