  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • I am using this software daily and I am very satisfied with it. They have an excellent support team.

  • No real noticeable flow with the portal, I have no criticism.
  • The website sometimes works slow for mobile devices which is annoying.
