  • Greenfields back office team is always quick to help when issues arise.
  • Ease of use, ability to add additional needs, customer service.
  • Cons

  • Until bringing on a full time trainer, there was no formal training for new users or those who wanted to maximize the functions of the system.
  • Certain options aren't available to all but are still on the screens so it gets confusing as to why those are there if we can't do anything with them.

  • The ability to engage candidates. We are in a rapid expansion growing to 60 members from 20 members in 3 months.
  • Job positng functionality customizeable they uploaded my exisiting database. Top notch support easy to use.
  • Cons

  • No mobile app which makes it difficult to use on the go. However one cannot complain much given the price at which they offer the solution.
  • When i upload the candidates profile (add candidate), the system always read the wrong telephone number from the resume.
