  • Pros

  • It is a real advantage that it has a good user experience and is therefore quick to learn. That made it easy to convince teams across the business to do online surveys for their products.
  • This way everyone in our business can quickly built a good survey matching the look & feel of their particular brand. Really powerful is easyfeedback in combinatination with the Google Tag Manger.
  • The automatically created results pages and the filter options on it are brilliant.
  • Cons

  • Interface: no french available. The export of graphics in excel is missing (or I did not found how to yet).
  • We miss the functionality of individual result ratings.
  • There are no features on easyfeedback that we dont like.

  • The flexibility is outstanding, with the ability to create not just any type of question imaginable, but to intricately structure surveys to achieve exactly what I need for any given research study.
  • Www.qualtrics.com/support is the source for everything you need to know about this amazing software. This page has excellent how-to videos and other documentation to help you get up and going.
  • The best part is that the tool is mobile friendly and you can organize your survey efficiently. I liked the customer service too as they are quick to resolve all queries.
  • Cons

  • Use of the "Blocks" can be difficult to navigate if you have little experience using the interface.
  • When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.
  • Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.
